Order Cancelation
If you wish to cancel your order after having placed it, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We are not able to cancel an order once it has been processed.
Shipping
All the art prints are printed to order and take approximately 1 week before dispatch. Please Contact Us regarding rush orders, which we are often able to cater for.
All items are individually wrapped and boxed with care and attention to detail. If the item is a gift please email [email protected] and we will dress your gift with some special touches.
All orders are despatched UK First Class recorded delivery. Postage costs are applied at the checkout.
Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at a flat rate.
Please note: Due to new Brexit rules, your order may be subject to import charges if you are based outside of the UK. Please be aware that international deliveries may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns and Refunds
Art Prints:
Please note it is not always possible to achieve an exact colour match. there are discrepancies in screen calibration, printing, and, more subjectively, colour perception. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding the colour of this product, as we cannot accommodate returns for colour reasons.
We can only accept returns or refunds when your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Refunds are made using the payment method used to place the original order.
You can return the faulty print within 14 days after receiving it and notifying us your intentions. We will refund within 14 days of receiving the print back.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
